Sooye Studio handles sample, bulk, OEM/ODM, and project supply issues through review of the confirmed order terms, product condition, inspection records, and buyer communication.
B2B order basis
Most products are supplied for B2B sourcing, sample approval, project procurement, private label, or OEM/ODM requirements. Return or refund handling depends on the confirmed quotation, invoice, product type, and order agreement.
Samples
Samples are recommended before bulk orders so buyers can review fit, finish, cable length, port layout, packaging, and application suitability. Sample fees and shipping fees are confirmed before dispatch.
Custom orders
Customized, branded, private label, or project-specific products may not be returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or a written agreement says otherwise.
Issue reporting
Buyers should report quality, shortage, or shipping issues promptly with photos, videos, order details, and packaging records. Sooye Studio will review the case and discuss replacement, credit, repair, or other reasonable resolution where appropriate.
Before bulk purchasing
Buyers should confirm exact model, drawings, samples, documentation, packaging, and destination requirements before bulk orders to reduce avoidable disputes.
