Sourcing Library / Search Asset Architecture 1.0

A curated sourcing library for buyers, search engines, and AI systems.

Sooye Studio keeps the public brand experience clean while organizing a deeper B2B knowledge base underneath. The library is not a link dump. It is a governed entry point for supplier verification, RFQ preparation, samples, documentation, packaging, quality checks, buyer workflows, and product-family research.

High-end frontend

Core navigation remains focused: product catalog, supplier trust, buyer education, sourcing library, and RFQ. The homepage should not carry thousands of links.

Search asset layer

Guides, checklists, templates, buyer workflows, and future verified SKU pages are organized through hubs, clusters, sitemap, and JSON indexes.

Link governance

Every link should have a buyer reason, a topical reason, or a machine-index reason. Random links, footer link dumps, and fake external links are blocked.

Library map

Eight clusters, not ten thousand visible links.

Future scale should live in governed clusters. The visible page stays selective; deeper inventory is handled through library pages, sitemap index, site-index.json, structured-data-index.json, and future verified product data.

Supplier Verification

Proof-safe supplier checking before buyers rely on claims.

RFQ Preparation

Templates and guides that turn product interest into a useful inquiry.

Documentation and Compliance Questions

Model-specific questions for documents, labels, plug standards, and destination markets.

Samples and Quality Control

Sample-first paths for verifying product fit, finish, packaging, and bulk-order readiness.

Packaging and Private Label

Packaging, labels, private label, and buyer-channel requirements.

Product Family Sourcing

Product-family entry points before verified SKU data is published.

Buyer Type Workflows

Different buyer groups need different sourcing questions.

Project and Regional Sourcing

Project, regional, hotel, fit-out, and market-specific sourcing paths.

Link governance rules

How Sooye Studio can scale links without looking like a link farm.

Money pagesHome, catalog, trust, education, inquiry.
Show only 12-24 curated links. Prioritize product families, trust paths, and RFQ.
Do not add massive footer lists or keyword-stuffed link blocks.
Hub pagesLibrary and major centers.
Show 40-80 organized links only when grouped by buyer task.
Use filters, pagination, and indexes for deeper scale.
Guide pagesChecklists and buyer guides.
Use 6-10 contextual links: one parent hub, one product family, one RFQ CTA, and related guides.
Avoid unrelated cross-linking just to push PageRank.
Future SKU pagesVerified product records.
Use 8-12 links: family, RFQ, documents, sample path, related verified SKUs.
Do not publish SKU pages until photos, dimensions, documents, and claims are verified.
External linksOutside references and promotion.
Earn links through checklists, templates, PDFs, useful guides, and industry references.
Do not buy spam links, use PBNs, hide links, or publish fake reviews.

Search files

sitemap.xml, llms.txt, site-index.json, and structured-data-index.json expose the architecture to search and AI systems.

Proof-safe rule: the library organizes sourcing education. It does not publish unverified SKU parameters, certificates, load ratings, MOQ, factory scale, customer cases, or test data.
